My wife and I spent two weeks at the JW Marriott and enjoyed their daily breakfast buffet. While the food was great and plentiful, we both agreed that what made each morning extra special was the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff members. In particular, Clemencio Gonzalez, Elisa Rios, Keila Jones, Jack Dowdy, Yoselyne Brown, Yarissa, Emmanuel, Evencio Robles, and Jimabell. What made it extra special for us was that my wife was making every attempt she could to use her limited Spanish to communicate with the service team and they embraced her each and every day. I was so proud of her and equally thankful to the staff for embracing her and welcoming her in the way that they did! In today’s day and age where it has been so easy to look “through“ people it was such a pleasure to finally see efforts to look “to” people. Thank you for ensuring such pleasant stay in the beautiful Panama City!
