We went to this modern restaurant with friends, and we were very surprised to see it has a modern-style cuisine, with the flavors of Panama. We had their hanger steak and my wife had the lamb, both excellent. The lamb shank was done in a wine sauce, and it was very tender. As an appetizer we had the black bean soup, which was extremely tasty. For dessert they have a pineapple tart with a crust that is crisp and fresh, we could see it was home-made. This is a restaurant that is a bright spot in the Punta Pacifica area, worthy of Michelin stars if they would grade restaurants in Panama! We enjoyed our dinner there and can recommend it.

This is the place to go if you have not made up your mind. The food is well prepared and fresh, the seafood is excellent, great Greek salad and prompt service. It might not be the best looking restaurant in Panama, but one never goes wrong going to Jimmy's.Can recommend!
