Jimmy's is a closest thing to a New Jersey Diner (without the breakfast menu) that you can find in Panama right now. A wide variety of lunch and dinner offerings are available at this Greek restaurant which has expanded to provide ample seating and, very importantly, parking. Visited with a small group and I have to say, everything we tried was tasty and served in good portions. The Sublaki sandwich is an inexpensive sandwich that hits the spot for a quick lunch. Their steaks were decent (better than some more expensive steak houses in town) with a popular dish being the meat platter (sizzling combo of steak, chicken, pork and sausage). The corvina was well prepared and their pasta was well portioned and delicious. We also liked the fried eggplant appetizer served with a fitting white sauce on the side. If you are ever at a loss as to where to go for lunch or dinner, Jimmy's is a great bale out selection to save the day!
