I tried at least 5 different Italian restaurants in Panama city. Il tula is the best one so far. their pistachio veal tortellini is amazingly rich. I like potato leek pear soup as well. I love milanesas and Il Tula has good milanesas too. it was so good choice that I give it a try for lunch! and now I can eat good Italian dishes in Panama city here at Il Tula !!! yay!!!
