I love noodle soups and found these very hard to eat. If you don't have a traditional Chinese palette I feel most people will have a hard time with their broth flavor. It was the only time I couldn't eat more than 2 bites... With that said, I know it might not be the food, I'm just not used to the super traditional Chinese ingredients they used.
