The worst dining experience I have ever had in Panamá. I was the only person in the restaurant. Yet when I needed somebody, no one was there. When the maitre'd inquired about my dining experience and I explained the situation he said nothing. This restaurant does even understand basic arithmetic. They think 1 equals 0. Their bill is unintelligible. For the first time in my 10 years in Panamá, I learned from their arithmetic and left a tip of 0.
