The place could be much better with more attentive faster service and more cozy terrace. Hookah is pretty mediocre, there are better ones in Panama. Food is good though. I enjoyed my chicken wrap and Balboa rolls were not bad. As hummus lover, I think hummus in Fenicia needs more tahini and a bit less of lemon.
