Been eating here for about 15 years. It’s been a solid outdoor option on Plaza bolivar forever and you always know what to expect. Unfortunately, not much of a draw to that plaza any longer. Tables no longer line the street and no one is trying to sell you a bracelet or play you a song on their guitar. This spot is solid 7, but with so many other wonderful options in Casco, I would keep looking.
