This restaurant has been an institution in Panamá for many years, and with food like this it will continue to be. The Rollado de Lenguado con Salmón en Salsa de Champagne (Flounder Wrapped around Salmon in a Champagne sauce) was exquisite. The service was wonderful. Definitely a special place for a special event.
