As a group of three we had the cáptese salad and lamb chops as appetizers were they ever cooked to perfection. I still feel the taste of the chops with all the delicious flavors. The staff suggested a Cabernet Sauvignon that was ok. But if you are very particular about your beef you must get the Del Monico cut it just represents the crown jewel of beef and at Gauchos they do it right. Build up a hunger and find out.
