What a surprise a German restaurant in Panama catering to my distant German roots. The sausage sampler is a delicious appetizer I recommend. We opted for jager schnitzel and smoked pork led with delicious spatzle like my grandma used to make. The jager schnitzel was done in a way that you could actually taste and smell fine herbs and schwartzwald outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m not a real beer person so we had wine it was right on the button. I never met the chef but I believe his hands are blessed. Must return for more
