Peruvian food is on the top of my favorites cuisines ad Lina 50 offers good Peruvian food. I have had better in Panama, but really outstanding Peruvian food here is getting harder and harder to find. Being that this was the first time there, I tried the basics; Ceviche de pescado, fresco & frito, Loma Saltado & Escabeche de Pescado. The ceviche fresco was very good. The ceviche frito lacked a crispy coating that I expected. It was quite soggy. The lomo saltado had good flavor but the meat was quite tough and chewy. The best item was the escabeche. It was a good portion and cooked very well. The menu is quiet small so unless you like repeating the same meals, I can't see this restaurant being on any type of regular rotation.
