Being a huge fan of Peruvian food, I had been wanting to try Lima 507 for a while and we finally got to go last night. We ordered two dishes, the classic ceviche and the trio de causas. The ceviche was good, flavors were on point, but instead of having shaved sweet potatoe on top of the ceviche, I wish they could have just put the piece of sweet potatoe beside it, it would have been so much better. The trio de causas was also good, but I felt it could have had a little bit more flavor added to it. It wasn't bad at all though. The tacu tacu de mariscos mentioned in the menu that it was spicy, however there was not even a hint of spiciness in the dish, so I'm not sure what happened there. The Lomo Saltado was great, the meat was tender and the vegetables were fresh as well. Service was impeccable, the waiter came to our table checking on us and making sure we were okay, and the restaurant itself is small, but very cozy to have a good conversation and have some good Peruvian food.
