Breakfast at Canal House was fantastic everything served was exceptionally fresh, well-prepared, and offered a great quality-to-price ratio for the generous portions. At around $20 per person, which included a hearty main plate and a drink, the meal felt like an incredible value: * The Dishes: Both main plates delivered on flavor and freshness. One featured perfectly poached eggs over rich chorizo, grilled halloumi/seared cheese, sliced avocado, sautéed mushrooms, and blistered cherry tomatoes. The other served up a tender steak dish topped with a fried egg, stewed tomatoes, and crispy carimañolas/arepitas alongside a warm beverage. * Drinks & Extras: The iced coffee served in a glass mason jar was refreshing and balanced. Treating the extra order of crispy, golden bacon as a shared starter/entrance added a great savory touch to begin the meal.
