Es un placer comer en Rausch, solo he ido un par de veces pero en ambas oportunidades todos los comensales dieron 5 estrellas a sus platos, tienen una amplia variedad, el Mero lo preparan delicioso en sus diferente salsas y de postre el Fondant.
Este Restaurant obedece las mas estrictas normas de etiqueta de un local 5 estrellas internacional. Lo recomiendo

Anoche fui con mi esposa al restaurante,ella cumplia años, todo fue exelente hasta la hora de pagar, la maquina por donde se pasa la targeta no funcionaba, despues de eso, el trato del gerente del lugar no fue precisamente amable. Era la tercera vez que ibamos al restaurante y anoche fue la ultima. Consejo; si no quiere que lo traten como sospechoso,lleve varias targetas o efectivo

The tasting menu my group recently enjoyed is probably the best meal I’ve had in 4 years in Panama. Particularly exceptional were the tuna tartar, the scallop in a cauliflower sauce, and the beef bourguignon. If I had to nit-pick, the soup was slightly too salty and the shrimp were cooked just slightly more than I would have liked, but both were still very tasty. The fresh bread options, the attentive service, and the beautiful and refined room add up to a special experience.

I didn’t have scotch this last time, we enjoyed the wine pairings with each course. Worth noting they have a few decent single malts available. If I remember correctly they’ve got Macallan and Glenfiddich, and I’m sure some blends but those don’t count. Highly recommended for a special night out. Definitely not cheap, but worth it.

My wife & I along with another couple returned to Rausch and noticed that they were offering a Tasting Menu, with wine pairings. We all opted for the that and we all were quite delited. The food was excellent. We hope that Rausch continues to offer a Tasting Menu and changes the selections often.

The value for the meal, taking into account the quality of the food and wine, is fantastic.

Muy buen servicio la comida es excelente, la entrada de atún con limón es buenísima, la crema de hongos silvestre es arte para el paladar, el ambiente muy relajante.

Un excelente restaurante!! la comida genial! El bartender si mal no recuerdo Miguel se nota que conoce de vinos, es muy muy bueno, la decoracion espectacular! pero no se compara con la atencion del Hotel, el hotel desprestigia Rausch.

Recomiendo Rausch!
