Fui con mi esposa a comer a este local,mala atencion,el capitan,la anfitriona,el mesero,que por cierto me ignoro de una manera sorprendente, lastima que no pude probar,ni pedir nada,me tuve que para he irme de este sitio,no es posible que ni el clasico vaso de agua nos dieran,lugares asi no lo recomiendo ni doy segunda oportunidad.

We went to Hacienda Real last night and the restaurant is attractive. We were seated upstairs quickly and the service appeared to be good. We ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer and our meals. We received our wine and appetizer and noticed all of a sudden that lots of very loud children running through the restaurant and up and down the stairs. We blew it off thinking it would be taken care of after a few minutes. But it got worse. By this time several of the children were shrilling at the top of their lungs running and playing in the restaurant. When our appetizer came, we asked the waiter about it and he said he would say something. We thought that would be the end of it especially since they were seated downstairs.

After about 30 minutes of this non stop action of running up and down stairs screaming and chasing each other (there were about 10 children in all), we asked to speak to the manager.

He arrived and we explained our problem. The manager said there was no way he could ask their parents to do anything about the noise or the running through the restaurant. Stunned, we asked for the check and he gladly brought it to us.

We walked across the street to Casuale and had a lovely evening.

Lo interesante del restaurante es su ambientación, es muy bonita y la iluminación ayudan mucho al lugar. Se llevaron mis 10 puntos.

Increíble, el lugar perfecto para una cena romántica. La pasé de lo mejor con mi esposo, el vino estaba muy bueno y la carne muy sabrosa. De seguro regreso nuevamente.

Muy delicioso el steak, muy muy bueno de verdad. El servicio fue de lo mejor y el vino exquisito. En fin, una muy buena velada, felicitaciones para el restaurante.

Riquísimo de verdad, un restaurante único, se lo recomiendo a todos los que tengan la oportunidad de poderlo visitar. Les recomiendo la parrillada, está deliciosa.

Muy recomendado el restaurante, el servicio es muy bueno y la comida mejor. Los camarones a la dijón que comí estaban más que excelentes. Espero regresar pronto.

Muy buen ambiente en el restaurante, y muy buen servicio, la pasamos de lo mejor con mis padres. Los llevé a cenar y les gustó mucho. Se los recomiendo para llevar a comer a alguien especial.
