By far, the best TAPAS we have tried in Panama. From the moment you arrive to this restaurant you can feel welcomed by a gracious and very acommodating hostess. The morcilla, the octopus, the bacalao con piquillo croquetas, the flan de Yaya and the arroz con leche were out of this world. The young chef is creative and innovative without forgetting the basics. The flavors are well combined and nothing is overpowering.
