If you've been to a Fridays in the US, this is very similar. I say similar but not exactly the same because the ambiance/decor is the same but the service and food are not. Perhaps it was the day we went (Monday, Feb 15th....pay day) but we had a group of 9 people and the service we received was mediocre. We constantly had to search for a waitress to give us some attention (to order food, drinks, desert etc.) and when we did get addressed, we felt like a bother vs. the reason they have a job. The food was OK (burgers, pork chop, chicken sandwich, chicken fingers, nachos) no one was wowed by their order. The deserts were a highlight - good sized portions and tasty (cheesecake, sizzling whisky cake, Oreo Ice cream cookie). An overall OK experience, not terrible but not awesome.
