This is one of my favorite brunch spots in PTY where I always order Chicken & Waffles. In our latest visit the service was lousy - even by Panama standards, which are pretty low. My coffee arrived tepid and halfway through my brunch. My wife’s coffee also arrived late as did our other drinks. While we’re waiting for all our drinks and food, the waitress was outside the restaurant taking pictures of the bay on her phone Really? WTF? My chicken and waffles arrived without its signature rum chantilly cream, which was disappointing. I’ll think twice before I come back.
